"Burger Cain"

by
Tsiporah Ona Neshera Teru'ah

Hmm, I am sure these words have gotten your attention. Why these two words together? Let's think about it, this is a philosophy that says, "Have it your way, instead of YAH's Way"

"The great book of Bereshith/Genesis 4:2-16 tells us the following: "And again, she gave birth to his brother Hebel (Abel). And Abel became a keeper of sheep, but Qayin (Cain) became a tiller of the ground. And it came to be, in the course of time, that Qayin (Cain) brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to YHWH And Hebel (Abel) also brought of the first-born of his flock and of their fat. And YHWH looked to Hebel (Abel) and his offering, but He did not look to Qayin (Cain) and his offering. And Qayin (Cain) was very wroth, and his face fell. And YHWH said to Qayin (Cain), "Why are you wroth? And why is your face fallen? If you do well, is there not acceptance? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should master it." And Qayin (Cain) told Hebel (Abel) his brother. And it came to be when they were in the field, that Qayin (Cain) rose up against Hebel (Abel) his brother and killed him. And YHWH said to Qayin(Cain), "Where is Hebel (Abel) your brother?" And he said, "I do not know. Am I my brother's guard? And He said, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood cries out to Me from the ground. And now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. If you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. You shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth." And Qayin (Cain) said to YHWH, "My punishment is too great to bear! See, You Have driven me from the face of the ground today, and I am hidden from Your face. I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and It shall be that anyone who finds me kills me. And YHWH said to him, "Well, if anyone kill Qayin (Cain), vengeance is taken on him sevenfold." And YHWH set up a sign for Qayin (Cain), lest anyone finding him kills him. So Qayin (Cain) went out from the presence of YHWH and dwelt in the land of Nod on the east of Eden."

It is known that YAH has always wanted a blood sacrifice, not herbal extract sacrifice. Yes, Cain did a sacrifice but it was in his own way. As you can see from the above Scriptures, YAHUAH became wroth with Cain. This goes to show that our Abba has protocol to not only what He wants us to do but how we do it also. For example, if He says, Exodus 20:8, "Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart" and in Exodus 31:16, "And the children of Yisra'el shall guard the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations as an everlasting covenant."

Let us remember, He does not change (Mal. 3:6), so who are we to change His Ways? Some have said, "Well I honor the Sabbath but on Sunday the day "Jesus" rose. At least I do this one day in seven."

Problem #1 Jesus may have risen on Sunday but YAHUSHA rose on the 7th day Shabbat

Problem #2 There is no Scriptural direction to rest one day in seven, ONLY on the seventh day of each week. In Hebrew, the days of the week are named by numbers.

Bereshith/Genesis 1:5, "And Elohim called the light 'day' and the darkness He called 'night'. And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the first day."(Bereshith/Genesis 1:8, 1:13, 1:23, 1:31, 2:2)

So from this, we should deduce that YAH still has HIS Ways He wants us to honor. AND that He is wroth with those who choose their own way. We read the following in the great book of Isaiah 55:8-9, "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways," declares YHWH. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

Proverbs 14:12,  "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Again, Yahuah warns us in Proverbs 16:25, "There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Many are doing their own way, from the heart. Therefore, we must ask ourselves, "Is this acceptable to Yahuah?"

Yirmeyahu/Jeremiah 17:9-10, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings."

Let us be sure to notice that it was Cain who became angry with his Brother. Cain was so wroth that he slew Abel. While Cain chose his way it was Abel who did the correct protocol.

Quite often those who go their own way tend to become angry when ever someone shows them the right Way to walk in. Also realize, Abel simply just did what he was told to do. Only the continued demonstration of the
Hebrews' walk in YAH, will cause others to be convicted they are in sin or rebellion
YAH does not accept our own brand of festivities and worship that stem from pagan traditions. Amos 5:21-27, "Is not the day of YHWH darkness, and not light? Is it not very dark, with no brightness in it? I have hated, I have despised your festivals, and I am not pleased with your assemblies. Though you offer Me burnt offerings and your grain offerings, I do not accept them, nor do I look on your fattened peace offerings. Take away from Me the noise of your songs, for I do not hear the sound of your stringed instruments. And let right-ruling roll on like water, and righteousness like a mighty stream. You brought Me slaughtering and meal offerings in the wilderness for forty years, O house of Yisra'el, but you took up Sikkuth your sovereign and Kiyyun, your idols, your astral mighty ones, which you made for yourselves! Therefore I shall send you into exile beyond Damascus," said YHWH
 Elohim of hosts "His Name."

Let us remember that when the children of Yisra'el asked Aaron to make the molten calf who it was Aaron that took the abomination a step further by claiming the next day to be a feast day to Yahuah. Exodus 32:5, "And Aharon saw and built an altar before it. And Aharon called out and said, "Tomorrow is a festival to YHWH."  It seemed right to them yet it was an unacceptable feast! (Exodus 32:8)

I don't care what the experience is in feelin' it while singing Silent Night or Old Rugged Cross, YAH despises it! Since these are not His Ways, we must re-examine what spirit is floating about during these end times. We are to worship Yahuah in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23)

YAH's Way or the Burger Cain way.... take your pick!
